Sake Brewery Tour
Imayo Tsukasa Sake Brewery, founded 1767
Niigata boasts more sake breweries than any other prefecture in Japan. As the brewery nearest Niigata Station, we feel a responsibility as the gateway to Niigata sake.

The tour begins here. We hope you enjoy the charm and history of our brewery.

The guides not only explain the sake-making process, they share the history of the local area.
