＜8-40 People＞FAQs for Brewery Tour

There are Q1～Q11.

Q1：What time will the tour start?

A：9:30〜／10:30〜／11:30〜／12:30〜／13:30〜／14:30〜／15:30〜

Japanese speaking tour.

The tour length will be about 30 minutes.

After the tour, please enjoy sampling our sake.

(We have non-alcohol drink.)

If you would like the English speaking tour,

please let us know in advance.

Depending on our schedule,

we might be able to offer the English tour.

Make a reservation in advance.

For the reservation by e-mail or fax before or on the day of your visit,

we might not be able to accept your reservation.

One group at each time,

so we might not be able to accept your reservation

because your requested date has been already full.

Q2：We will not be able to arrive exactly at the time.

A：Don’t worry.

We can guide you as soon as you arrive

even when you visit us 10 minutes early or late.

But, if you arrive over 15 minutes early or late,

please let us know in advance.

Q3：We have much time until the tour starts. Can I try tasting before the tour?

A：We are afraid that the tasting will be available after the tour for safety.

If you have little time for the tour,

you can enjoy tasting and shopping without joning the tour.

But, even in that case, you need a reservation.

Q4：Where can I park?

Our free parking space is just on your right of the entrance.

If bus, park on the bus(「バス」) space.

Q5：Can you deliver overseas?

A：No. Only domestic.

Q6：Is tax-free shopping available?

A：Yes.

If the total amount is over 10,000 yen(without tax), it is available.

The consumption tax and liquor tax will be excluded.

For example,

if you buy 2 bottles of KOI sake (720ml),

the tax-free discount will be as below;

・1,000 yen for consumption tax

・86yen x 2 bottles =172 yen for liquor tax

・Total：1,172 yen tax-free dicount

Please make sure ;

・You have a passport (we do not accept a copy or photo).

・You cannot open the items in Japan.

・5 minutes will be needed for procedure for each check.

 Q7：Can I make a reservation for the date one or two years later?

Yes.

*We have a festival on every April and September.

Some 2 days on those month, we cannot accept reservation for 8～40 people

there will be no parking space during festival.

Q8：Can I reserve for  the 1pm tour?

We are sorry that we cannot accept your request as a general rule.

But, depending on our schedule and number of people,

you can join the tour starting at

9:00〜／10:00〜／11:00〜／12:00〜／13:00〜／14:00〜／15:00〜／16:00〜

Q9：Our group is 15 people. We will not join the tour.

So, can I visit your brewery without reservation just for shopping?

We will appreciate it if you make a reservation in advance even for shopping.

Otherwise, it might be too crowded in our shop.

Q10：I am under 20 years old. Can I join the sake brewery tour?

A：In Japan, people under 20 years old is not allowed to drink by law.

From that perspective, if almost all people of the group are under 20,

we will not allow you to join the tour.

(Family are OK.)

Q11：I am physically handicapped. Do I have to change shoes?

A：We offer shoes cover for the hadgicapped person.

Please let us know when you arrive.

Q12：I am in a wheelchair. Can I join the tour?

A：Yes. There are 3 steps on the entrance, but we have a portable slope for wheel chair.

Although there is no step in our shop and the tour route, some floor during tour are rough.

Sometimes, there might be hose on the floor for our work.

Please let us disinfect the tires on the mat before the tour.
